Wind-Uplift Resistant & Leak-Proof Roofing System
Under wind uplift, the interlocking rib maintains its structural integrity without deformation.
In standing seam profiled sheet systems, the cross-section may deform under wind suction, yet the interlocking rib remains intact, ensuring that the seam's clamping force is neither weakened nor compromised.
Wind uplift enhances the interlocking force, improving wind resistance.
In a standing seam profiled sheet system, wind suction causes the panel base to arch upward. This deformation tightens the interlocked seam, significantly increasing its frictional and clamping grip – creating a "vice grip" effect that strengthens the overall wind uplift resistance of the metal roofing system.
CenterLok® Roof System
CenterLok® Roof System
CenterLok Standing Seam Roof System utilizes an Al-Mg-Mn alloy, which can be fabricated into flat, curved, and fan-shaped panels, providing exceptional design flexibility for architects. Its superior weather resistance and safety make it widely applicable in both public and industrial buildings.

Features:
1. The standing seam connection ensures excellent wind resistance and waterproof performance.
2. The point-supported thermal break bracket design meets stringent thermal insulation requirements.
3. The integrated roof system features a reliable sliding mechanism for secure performance.
4. On-site fabrication eliminates the need for overlapping seams on the roof.
5. Simple and quick installation process.

Precision Preforming: Utilizes an advanced 270° pre-forming process to prevent coating cracking.
Secure Pre-Fixing: Panels remain wind-resistant up to Beaufort Scale 6 before final seaming.
Seamless Single-Slope Fabrication: On-site, continuous roof sheet production at the eave eliminates overlaps and avoids damage from vertical or secondary transport.
Integrated Thermal Movement: The entire roof cladding can slide as a unified system, accommodating thermal expansion and contraction without stress damage.
