The ancient Silk Road snaked through the Gobi Desert, connecting China and the Western Regions, witnessing the integration and prosperity of different civilizations. Today, revitalized under the Belt and Road Initiative, this ancient trade route brims with new life. Uzbekistan, a crucial node on the Silk Road, has become a significant stage for China-Uzbekistan cooperation, leveraging its unique geographical position and rich cultural heritage. The Olympic City project in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, stands as a vivid testament to this collaboration, embodying the shared vision of both nations to build a common future.
The Olympic City project spans over 100 hectares with a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. It comprises five major venues: a stadium, a natatorium, a velodrome, a multi-purpose hall, and a combat sports hall, alongside outdoor facilities for football, basketball, tennis, and other sports. In the future, this complex will stand as Central Asia's largest and most comprehensively equipped sports hub, entrusted with the significant mission of fostering regional sports and cultural exchange.

As a core participant in the Olympic City project, Center Int, with over two decades of profound expertise in metal cladding, provided robust support for this grand undertaking. The project encompasses five independent single-structure buildings: a ring-shaped stadium, a swimming cap-shaped natatorium, a velodrome, a combat sports hall, and a multi-purpose hall, with a total metal roofing area of approximately 51,000 square meters. The scope specifically included standing seam metal roofing systems, roof decorative panel systems, gutter systems, skylight systems, eaves systems, and photovoltaic systems.
Faced with challenges such as the project's massive scale and the involvement of multiple specialized disciplines, Center Int assembled an experienced team that engaged in pre-emptive planning and meticulous task division. The team drew upon accumulated experience while innovatively applying new approaches. Furthermore, utilizing proprietary software for component layout simulations ensured both the precision and efficiency of the design, showcasing the company's professional capabilities.

Sustainability and environmental stewardship form another shining hallmark of this sports complex. On the roofs of the multi-purpose hall, combat sports hall, and main administration building, a distributed photovoltaic (PV) system with an installed capacity of approximately 2MW has been installed. This system utilizes the BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) product "Hi-MO BIPV" (LONGi-Senter "Longding" product) from the LONGi-Senter partnership. This industry-leading green building material successfully transforms conventional structures into clean energy powerhouses, leveraging its four core values: safety and reliability, high-efficiency power generation, stable returns, and peace of mind.
It is projected that over its 25-year operational lifespan, the system will generate approximately 61.18 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity. This is equivalent to saving about 18,000 tons of standard coal, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 50,000 tons, and delivering an environmental benefit comparable to planting around 1.12 million trees.

This benchmark project is not only a model for green energy application but also a significant achievement in deepening China-Uzbekistan cooperation in sustainable development. It injects powerful momentum into urban green transformation and showcases the demonstrative effect of international collaboration.

From the Belarusian Sports Stadium to the Uzbekistan Olympic City, Center Int has established a global industry benchmark through its exceptional building metal cladding system solutions and a spirit of relentless innovation. As a leading enterprise in the field, the company has not only shaped iconic structures worldwide but has also pioneered innovative pathways for the sustainable development of the global construction industry through its green and environmentally conscious technological advancements. Moving forward, Center Int will continue to be driven by technological innovation, deepen international collaboration, and remain dedicated to providing more efficient and environmentally responsible systemic solutions for the world's built environment, jointly striving for a beautiful future defined by green intelligence.
