As a leading enterprise in the field of building metal cladding, Center Int was contracted to construct the metal roofing systems for the Gymnasium and Natatorium of the project, with a total construction area of approximately 37,000 square meters. The scope of work encompassed the Al-Mg-Mn alloy roofing system, intelligent skylights, structured drainage gutters, streamlined eaves constructions, safety fall-protection devices, and snow retention components, achieving a comprehensive synergy between the building's functionality, safety, and aesthetic value.
Among these, the Gymnasium employs a string-beam structural system, while the Natatorium utilizes a fish-belly truss structure. Through the deep integration of technological innovation and architectural aesthetics, a new urban landmark has been created, embodying both practical utility and artistic expression.

Customized Purlin Precision Processing
The project involved hundreds of specifications for primary and secondary purlins and purlin cleats, requiring an error margin controlled within 3mm. The Center Int team employed 3D detailed modeling and laser precision re-measurement, adopting a "zone numbering + categorized production" approach to achieve millimeter-level processing accuracy.
Full-Lifecycle Quality Control
A traceable system spanning from raw material sourcing to the entire construction process was established. A "three-inspection" quality control protocol (self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection) was implemented. Through a quality responsibility matrix and a defect repair closed-loop mechanism, the project ensured "zero-defect" delivery.
For its outstanding quality, the project was awarded the Silver Prize in the "2024 Building Waterproofing Industry Science and Technology Award – Engineering Technology Award (Jinyu Award · Metal Cladding System Engineering)".
